Boyutei is a new collaborative café concept by one Michelin-starred restaurant Whitegrass and Hvala, offering the best of both Japanese and French fare.
The interior is decorated in a simple yet zen fashion, giving off very tranquil vibes perfect for an afternoon spent sipping tea from their tea bar. The menu at Boyutei combines both Japanese and French sensibilities, and you’ll see unique fusion items like matcha-infused crepês, dry curry and more. Highlights from the menu include the likes of Unagi Crepê ($26), Ebi Katsu Sando ($22), Goma Matcha Crepê ($14) and more! You also get to watch your specialty tea and coffee being brewed and made right in front of you Boyutei’s tea bar.
