In case you haven’t heard, the whimsical game of swings that takes a fresh look at the idea of cooperation from Canada has finally graced Singapore’s shores! Brought to you by the Singapore International Festival of Arts in collaboration with artists Daily tous les jours, the motion of these musical swings are set to trigger different notes, and secret melodies using strategic synchronization in movement.
Now housed in the heart of Singapore, at Dhoby Ghaut’s Cathay Green, the world renowned Musical Swings will be open to the public from now till 11th July 2021. Interested participants should note that entry will be granted to those who register three days in advance. The recommended age of participants is 7 years and above, with a height of at least 120cm tall.
In light of social distancing regulations, the intermingling of groups will not be allowed, and the use of each swing will be limited to only one individual at a time. Participants are recommended to dress comfortably and all children under the age of 10 will be expected to be accompanied by their guardians at all times.
