This one’s a more unconventional place to have oysters, but at just $1.90 per oyster, we have no complaints. An La Ghien is a one-of-a-kind traditional Vietnamese BBQ and hotpot joint in Geylang with meat and seafood platters, hotpot sets and of course, $1.90 oysters.
An La Ghien’s fresh Japanese oysters for $1.90 are part of their Oysters Happy Hour deal happening daily from 9am-7pm. The oysters are served simply with a side of lime, but you can jazz them up with a unique twist by adding their Vietnamese chilli on top!

Oyster Co’s $1.99 freshly shucked oysters are available all day every day, and you can even get them delivered to you islandwide.

We’ve reached the higher price range for oysters, but rest assured they’re just as worth the price. Bar on Chulia offers unlimited $2 oysters every Thursday with a minimum order of 1 drink—not a bad deal at all since fresh oysters are best with drinks anyway.
Bar On Chulia is an alfresco bar located in the heart of the CBD, perfect for unwinding after a long workday with some oysters and cocktails. Aside from oysters, they also offer hearty mains like Truffle Risotto ($20), Angus Rib-eye ($28), Pork Don ($18), various bar bites and more.

Last but not least, we have $2 oysters at The Oyster Bank’s Happy Shucking Hour! Happy Shucking Hour happens from Monday-Friday, 5pm-8pm and Saturday-Sunday, 3pm-6pm; and you can get their Naked Oysters (served with tabasco and lemon wedges only) for just $2 each. In order to enjoy these $2 oysters, a minimum order of 1 alcoholic drink is required, and you can order up to half a dozen oysters with each alcoholic drink purchased.
Alternatively, enjoy up to 3 dozen oysters at $2 each with every purchase of a bottle of wine/sake/liquor. If you’re not feeling just plain oysters, The Oyster Bar also offers a wide range of unique flavoured oysters, as well as baked oysters, fried oysters and even oyster shooters!
