Japan’s convenience stores are definitely living in the future, and you’ve probably seen the viral frozen fruit smoothies in Japan’s 7/11 stores, where you can grab a freshly-blended smoothie in mere minutes. Well, now we’ve got those viral “instant” smoothies here in Singapore as well!

7/11 Singapore now has unique smoothie machines stationed within the store, where you can simply grab a frozen fruit cup from the freezer and blend it up on the spot using their special smoothie machine—like the ones in Japan! Each smoothie is also pretty affordably priced at $4.50 per cup, and there are currently 4 flavours to choose from: Strawnana, Cheeky Lychee, Mango Tango and Green Pina Colada.

The process is simple: just select your desired smoothie cup, scan the QR code on the cup to start the machine, place your cup in the slot and press the on screen button to initiate the blending, and wait till it’s done to enjoy your freshly-blended smoothie! The machine also cleans itself after every blend.
