Bangkok is definitely known for its seafood, and this is probably one of the most viral Japanese-style seafood buffets there is, priced from under $40++ SGD per person, with a wide variety of unlimited seafood!
NAMA Japanese and Seafood Buffet is conveniently located on the 24th floor of Centara Grand Central World, just less than 10-minutes walk away from Siam BTS in the city centre; and is an absolute haven for seafood lovers. Their Standard buffet package is priced at a pocket-friendly 999++baht per person (~$39++ SGD per person), and already includes an extensive variety of seafood, sushi, sashimi, cooked dishes, wagyu and desserts, among others.
What the buffet spread is most famous for is their DIY chirashi don station, where you get to make your own rice bowl topped with as many premium toppings as you want. Some of the toppings you’ll see include unlimited ikura, jumbo sweet shrimp, scallops, prawns, salmon, ebiko, amaebi, marinated egg yolk and many more. Other seafood items in the buffet also include live grilled river prawns, crabs, freshly-shucked oysters, assorted sashimi, mussels, clams, marinated sashimi, handrolls, sushi and more.
