Funky and unconventional – Stixers is Tyrwhitt Road’s latest modern izakaya restaurant!
Easily distinguished by its vibrant and colourful interior, Stixers showcases a multitude of stark neon lights, vintage-inspired furnishing, a mix of modern and traditional Japanese decorations, and even an eponymous beer vending machine – which as it turns out, is the unexpected entrance to the outlet’s restroom.
Specialising in an array of mouth-watering Yakitori skewers, Stixers also offers a varied selection of appetisers, maki, sashimi, yakitori skewers, donburi bowls, udon, munchies, and desserts! Of all their innumerable offerings, guests are invited to try the restaurant’s $128 Stixers Sashimi Flyer, which showcases a diverse array of sashimi, neatly stacked unto a toy Ferris wheel, the $19.90 Angel Lover which comprises of cold angel hair, doused in special truffle sauce with salmon mentaiko and flying fish roe, and the $88.90 Mix & Match yakitori and fried items platter.
Other must-try offerings include, a unique selection of donburi bowls which include, the $30.90 Bara Chirashi, $16.90 Gyudon, $16.90 Salmon Mentai Chirashi, $22.90 Unagi Don, and the $15.90 Salmon Udon.
