Founded in 1979, Suzuki Gourmet Coffee is Singapore’s oldest coffee roastery, offering the widest selection of fine roasted gourmet coffee in Singapore and the Asia region. First beginning operation in Bukit Timah, Suzuki Gourmet Coffee was led by a Japanese coffee master’s passion and specialised roasting skills.
Reopening with a brand new concept, the Suzuki Factory Cafe is heavily inspired by the Land of The Rising Sun, and combines Japanese tradition with modern design. Showcasing a diverse range of fresh beans from all over the world, the Suzuki Factory Café is renowned for supplying gourmet coffee to clients such as Singapore Airlines, Shangri-La Hotel and Fairmont Hotel.
Set within a Kyoto-inspired wooden coffee house, the café features intricate design detailing throughout, with the incorporation of wooden lattice sliding doors, bar stools and long benches, alongside other textured seating options. Complete with a shishi-odoshi bamboo fountain, the Suzuki Factory Café exudes immense serenity, right down to the Japanese-inspired flora and fauna.
Through utilizing in-house roasted, single origin Arabica coffee beans, the Suzuki Factory Café offers a variety of caffeinated drinks in the form of the Hokkaido Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, and Hot Suzuki Hokkaido Café Mocha, worth $8, alongside a $7 Long Black.
Promising artisanal coffee with a richer, fuller, and creamier taste, thanks to the café’s elimination of diary, and incorporation of both Hokkaido fresh milk and Japanese soy milk,Suzuki Factory Café also offers light roast alternatives such as, the $8.50 Kenya, $8.50 Ethiopia, $9.50 Australia Skybury, and $7.50 Coasta Rica Aquiares Estate.
