LILYAN  specialises in freshly-made soba noodles made from 100% buckwheat that’s also gluten-free, making them easy to eat and digest. LILYAN ’s Singapore outpost is a soba-izakaya hybrid, serving up soba sets for lunch, plus tapas for dinner. They serve pocket-friendly soba sets starting from $12 each, with both traditional options for soba purists like Tororo Yam and Egg ($16), Bonito Flakes and Grated Daikon Tsuyu ($15), Traditional Hot Dashi Soup Soba ($12) and more.
