You’ve probably seen buggies ferrying passengers around Changi Airport’s departure terminals, and wondered who actually gets to ride them—turns out only very very important people do, as revealed by popular TikToker, Miki Rai (@mikiraiofficial).
@mikiraiofficial Did you know Changi airport has a private terminal?! 😱 #jetquay #changiairport #singapore

The private buggy service is part of an ultra exclusive and elite private terminal at Changi Airport known as JetQuay. According to Miki’s video, usage of this “secret” terminal is usually reserved for Commercially Important Persons (CIPs) such as celebrities and royalty, who require more privacy.

A couple of luxury “perks” offered by JetQuay include access to your own private suite while you wait for your flight, a personal butler to attend to your needs, a massive spread of food, snacks and drinks (that are also unlimited!) that you can take away with you, premium amenities that you can bring on the plane, champagne and even a private buggy service to take you straight to your gate!

The experience not only seems luxurious but also super tailored and personalised, and will definitely help take the stress off travelling as you won’t have to rush to make your flight, and everything is pretty much taken care of for you. Non-CIPs like us can probably only dream of experiencing something like this in our lifetime…

While the JetQuay experience is targeted at CIPs, regular passengers (like you and me) are still welcome to enquire and make reservations to access JetQuay’s CIP terminal and services—though it’ll most likely cost you. JetQuay is available for anyone who’s travelling on a commercial flight departing/arriving from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. If you’re interested in a once-in-a-lifetime experience at JetQuay, you can find more information here.
