(short for Fried Ice Cream), is a new spot in Ang Mo Kio specialising in home-style Vietnamese fare and unique desserts.

Aside from classic Vietnamese items like vermicelli rice bowls, rolls and salads, F.I.C. also has novel Paper Pizzas made with rice paper as the “pizza” base! These rice Paper Pizzas start from just $3.30 each, and come in flavours like Chicken Sausage, Lemongrass Chicken or Mentaiko Crabmeat.

For dessert, go for their signature Fried Ice Cream ($5.45): assorted scoops of ice cream deep fried to a crisp golden brown in batter and topped with various toppings. Pick from sweet or tart flavours like Popping Pop, Mango Tango, Biscotti Biscotti , Oreo & Cream, Cloud Nine, Coconutti and more. They also have authentic Vietnamese drip coffee (from $3) in black, white or affogato.
