The dinner buffet at Amari’s Amaya Food Gallery boasts a slew of seafood like oysters grilled to order, salmon sashimi, octopus, poached jumbo prawns, mussels, scallops, freshly-shucked oysters and more; plus live cheese wheel pasta, shawarma, nasi ayam, assorted charcoal-grilled BBQ meats, DIY hotpot and other classic Malaysian favourites on rotation.
