La Table d’Emma is a rustic-esque French bistro with a stylish yet inviting decor, serving up classic and authentic French cuisine with a traditional Alsatian flair. Following the butterfly theme of the space, the restaurant’s signature dish also features edible “butterflies”, namely the Les Bouchées à la reine d’Emma ($34) a veal, chicken and mushroom velouté dish.
Must-trys from the menu include their signature “Flammekueche” (from $18), or tarte flambée, which is a savory flatbread that originated in the Alsace region of France and is similar to pizza though not quite the same— ultra paper-thin and baked with various toppings in a wood-fired oven.
