The cosy yet luxurious theatre room is hidden behind an equally grand-looking door, and fits a total of about 20 people comfortably. Boasting cinema-quality specs like a 4K display projector on a 150-inch large screen, the best part about it is that you can easily hook up your own electronic device to the projector to display your own clips on the screen!

Since it’s conveniently located just a 20-minute train ride away from the ever-bustling Shinjuku, I’ll say that this is a fair price to pay for such a home of your dreams!
