Situated just a 25-minute drive away from JB’s city centre, HOME by Tales of Paws boasts over 10 rare and unique breeds of dogs and cats that are uncommon in Singapore—due to HDB’s strict regulation for large pets. The 2-storey café has a separate dog and cat zone, with an open-air dog-petting zone on the first floor and a chill cat zone on the second floor.

Many of the dogs are super large and fluffy, but not to worry—they’re not aggressive in the slightest and are all tame and well-trained gentle giants! Find some of the most gorgeous dog breeds like the Bernese Mountain dog, Alaskan Malamute, Afghan Hound, Old English Sheepdog and more!

The second floor of the café houses the more tranquil cat zone, where you get to watch the kitties chow down during feeding time through adorable pigeonholes. Cat breeds found here include Munchkins, British Shorthair, Ragdolls and more.

There is also a separate dining area for hoomans (away from the dog and cat zones) where you can enjoy mains and snacks like pasta, fries, nuggets, salmon and more! Aside from being a petting café, HOME is also a pet salon, spa, hotel and there’s also a retail section for all your pet needs, and even a pet pool!

Entrance fees for HOME’s petting zones start from RM68 and include a free scoop of ice cream and bottled water. The dog and cat petting zones have different opening hours: the dog zone opens from 5pm-6.30pm and 7.30pm-9pm daily; while the cat zone opens from 10am-10pm daily.
