We love GIFs, whether as a mode of communication, or for entertainment, a GIF speaks probably more than a thousand words. Presented by EYEYAH!, GIF FEST is a free interactive and immersive exhibition that spotlights the animated GIF and experiments with various technologies surrounding the medium.

If you love art and basketball, this new NBA-inspired installation is just the thing for you! Renowned artist Edgar Plans brings his Game On Global Tour to Singapore, featuring his signature sculptures inspired by legendary NBA superstars like Michael Jordan, Lebron James, and Kobe Bryant.
The exhibition space itself is modelled after a basketball court, and there will even be Singapore-exclusive collectibles up for grabs. 4. Now Boarding: Experiencing Singapore through Travel, 1800s-2000s
Now that travel is back in full swing, what better way to discover how travelling in Singapore was like in the good ol’ days than with an immersive travel-themed exhibition? Now Boarding is the latest installation at National Museum of Singapore, where you can see some of the most iconic and vintage things.
Highlights include the nostalgic analogue flipboard that used to be displayed at Changi Airport, vintage SIA suites cabin seats from the A380, a collection of past MRT cards, old school signages from some of Singapore’s iconic places and more! There are also interactive elements like a “discotheque”, games and even a free postal service!

Step into the world of Jules Verne with this Around the World in Eighty Days-inspired exhibition! Discover all the revolutionary French innovations and inventions that have shaped the way we travel by land, sea and air today.
This free exhibition features various installations showcasing the various modes of transport that have evolved over the years: trains, ships, planes and more. There’s even a free 360 degree VR experience where you can “take off” into outer space and even take a “spacewalk”! Register for the VR experience on Saturdays here.

7. Shakespeare in the Park
The popular Shakespeare in the Park returns this year at Fort Canning Park with a romantic comedy: A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and this is the last weekend to catch it before it ends its run on 28th May 2023! The play tells the tale of an enchanted dreamworld filled with mischief and magic.
