Is this Singapore’s most luxe yakiniku restaurant? The Ushi Club is a newly-opened Japanese yakiniku restaurant in the CBD with a unique “private dining”-esque experience where the chef grills each piece of meat for you on personal grills!

The best seats in the house are undoubtedly the counter seats by the bar, where you get your own individual grill and you can just sit back and relax while the skilled chef will grill each piece of meat perfectly for you. And there’s no rush either: they’ll even wait till you’re done with your first piece before firing up the next—kind of like an omakase.

You can get their assorted wagyu and meats as a la carte orders; or if you can’t decide, just go for their 8-course menu ($111++ per person) that comes with a selection of some of their best cuts of marbled wagyu, along with items like beef sashimi, beef tongue, beef muscle, brisket, assorted vegetables, salad and garlic rice.
