For those who aren’t familiar with tartines, they’re a classic French version of an open-faced toast or sandwich, made with bread and topped with various ingredients and spreads. At Tartines, their signature tartines are not only pretty to look at, but they’re also huge, made with fresh ingredients that are generously piled atop freshly-baked bread slices.
