This unique omakase-style gelato lets you customise every aspect of your treat, from the gelato base, inclusions and toppings, and you’ll even get to watch it being made fresh before your eyes using SWIRLGO’s revolutionary capsule machine!

Step into SWIRLGO’s new, dreamy “omakase” lab and go wild creating your very own bespoke gelato with with their massive wall of innovative and unusual toppings like mala chips, D24 durian and spicy rice crackers; you can even mix in actual pastry chunks like eclairs, mango tarts, croissants, brownies and more!
Curate your own bespoke treat with the help of Gelato Artisans
To create your bespoke gelato treat:
- Speak to one of SWIRLGO’s Gelato Artisans to find your desired flavour profile.
- Choose your gelato base from SWIRLGO’s range of flavours.
- Pick your choice of inclusions from the display wall.
- Watch as the Gelato Artisan puts it all together for you using a special capsule machine, and they’ll even wear lab goggles as they do so!
- Pick your favourite toppings and drizzles to finish it off!

Customise every aspect of the gelato with your favourite mix-ins
Of course, if you’re not that adventurous, there’s plenty of regular inclusions to choose from as well: Oreo, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Ferrero Rocher, Fruity Pebbles, hazelnut wafers, mini marshmallows, crunchy peanut butter and more. There’s also a variety of unique gelato flavours available: pear sorbet, cream cheese, honey frozen yogurt, gula melaka, and rock melon, among others. For us, we went crazy with the mix-ins, and we chose to add the Mango Passionfruit Tart (they actually mixed an entire slice of tart into the gelato itself!) and Lao Gan Ma—safe to say it was a very unconventional combination indeed.

There are 3 build-your-own gelato options (cup or cone) to choose from: Single ($6.90), Combo ($7.90) or a $12.90 set that even comes with a curated pastry pairing! All you have to do is pick your choice of gelato base, mix-ins, toppings and drizzle; and watch the magic happen.
