You’ve seen all the gorgeous, quirky and minimalistic Korean-style bento cakes or “lunchbox cakes” all over Instagram, but now you can make your very own at Singapore’s first DIY bento cake decorating workshop hosted by Galore Bake Studio! Take yourself out on a solo date or bring along someone special to enjoy this wholesome cake decorating experience!
This 1.5 hour workshop lets you decorate your bento cake under the guidance of an instructor who will assist you as needed, and you can also request for a tablet to look up some cake decorating inspiration if you’re stumped for ideas. The studio even provides selfie sticks for you to record a time-lapse of you decorating your cake!
The workshop price includes 1 plain frosted Funfetti vanilla bento cake, a box of buttercream (with customisable colours), sprinkles, decorating tools, mineral water and bento cake packaging. You can opt to change the cake flavour by topping up an extra $3 for Oreo, Thai milk tea or earl grey lavender.
