These aren’t your average alcohol-laced gelato: High Bar Society’s boozy cocktail gelatos could quite literally get you “high” with just how much alcohol goes into the gelato. Unlike most other alcohol-infused ice creams or gelato with 1-3% ABV, High Bar’s cocktail gelatos contain a whopping 6% ABV each—a percentage that’s never been reached in Singapore, and perhaps even in Asia!
Aside from being a boon to alcohol lovers, these cocktail gelatos are also super adorably (and conveniently) packaged, each sealed in handy little tin cans to keep the gelato fresh and maximise its booziness—and also makes it great for gifting!
Flavour-wise, you can expect up to 20 different cocktail-inspired flavours in total, each championing a specific spirit like whisky, champagne, bourbon, vodka, tequila, absinthe, rum, baijiu and more. Be warned: these gelatos are not for the faint-hearted, they are potent, almost as good as drinking the actual spirit on its own!
Standout flavours that we love include Goose Bumps ($19), containing actual Mao Shan Wang durian chunks that have been soaked in Grey Goose vodka, perfect for durian lovers who like their durian extra bitter and boozy. Whisky lovers will definitely enjoy the Highland Fling ($19), Misty Scotsman ($18) or Emerald Nutsack ($19) that’s been laced with different Single Malt whiskies. For something a little lighter, you can go for the Veuve Clicquot spiked Her, Bouquet ($17), gin-based Sapphire Sunrise ($15) or the Singapore Story ($18) that’s inspired by the iconic Singapore Sling cocktail!

If all that’s not enough booze for you, you can also get their cocktails, like the eye-catching Barbie’s Pink Fro (from $14) that’s topped with freshly-spun cotton candy and has a sparkly pink drink base. They also have beer floats like the Specific Gravity Beer Float ($10) that’s served with a scoop of house made lemon sorbet.

Note that all the food items at High Bar are purposefully designed to be served cold, so as to pair with their gelatos.
