What’s special about queic’s cheesecakes is that they include cream and blue cheese for extra dimension and richness. The boutique store’s decor is also a reflection of their specialty cheesecakes, with a focus on colour and geometry. The colours yellow, orange, brown and beige represent the warm, toasty colours of a cheesecake, along with hints of blue as a nod to the blue cheese in the cheesecakes.

The store has room for dine-in customers, or you can opt to get their cheesecakes for takeaway or delivery via their site. To satisfy your cheese cravings, try their signature Olivia’s Homemade Cheesecake, now available in smaller 4-inch portions ($15) up to large 11-inch portions ($110). You can also get their other cheesecakes like the New York Cheesecake (from $10), Idiazabal Cheesecake (from $10), American Cheesecake Macaron ($12) and more, along with coffee if you’re dining in!
