The coffee brewed by George Hillary utilises Utopia coffee beans, and undergoes a perfectly-timed 3-step brewing process in order to give you the perfect cup of coffee. George Hillary will even explain the entire process (in English or Chinese) as he makes the coffee!
True to its namesake, Soul Coffee really is quite “soulful”, evoking feelings of mystery and awe, with massive wall projections that make you feel like you’re in another world. The graphics change every few hours, featuring anything from the deep blue sea, outer space, mountains, cherry blossoms, dragons and so much more!
