Some of the most stand-out items from the set include the Raspberry Rose Chocolate Tart and Madagascar Jasmine Vanilla Rose Choux—both of which are intricately handcrafted to resemble actual white and red roses.
Rose Berries Tahitian Vanilla Tea Cake
You even get a tableside cake service with the high tea: a cake tray will be brought directly to your table, and they’ll prepare a slice of their Rose Berries Tahitian Vanilla Tea Cake for you on the spot.
Les Editions de Parfums Bon Bon
Other items that we enjoyed from the sweets selection include the Les Editions de Parfums Bon Bon and Guanaja Chocolate Sablé. The bon bon hides a tart and refreshing lemon curd filling, with crunchy textures from the macaron shell; while the sablé is a delightful little bite of bittersweet and rich chocolate.
Smoked Salmon Mousse
The savouries are pretty interesting as well, with Japanese-influenced items like sushi and smoked sashimi: like the Bluefin Tuna Nori Roll and Hamachi with Truffle Ponzu. Our favourite savoury item has got to be the Smoked Salmon Mousse, with its umami and creamy salmon mousse wrapped in an ultra light and crisp tart shell.

The set also comes with a pretty Scarlet Eden Mocktail and your choice of TWG tea or coffee. You can even make your high tea a boozy affair by upgrading to the violet-hued Daydream of Lilac Cocktail (+$25) instead.
