Revered Taiwanese singer and actor, Jam Hsiao launched his AtTea Bubble tea brand in Taiwan just last May. Catapulting to immense success in the Food and Beverage industry, with eight fully-functional outlets opened within the past year, this 34 year old has officially set his sights on Singapore! Born out of the pure intention to create job opportunities for people who need it, Jam Hsiao has actively chosen to refrain from chasing capitalistic gain.
Set to open in Singapore by the end of 2021, Jam Hsiao’s latest AtTea cafe will mark his first-ever franchised outlet to grace the Little Red Dot. Run locally by a firm who once predominantly dealt with cruise line retrofitting and travel ticketing, and a separate company known as Bao Concepts International, the presence of AtTea café in Singapore aims to provide new opportunities for experienced F&B professionals and people who were previously retrenched during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Still under renovation, Jam Hsiao’s fans and bubble tea enthusiasts can expect to enter into a contemporary space, outfitted in an orange colourway. Worth an estimated $3.90 for a cup, AtTea Singapore will showcase the brand’s signature selection, which include Jam’s $6.30 Oolong Tea from his series of Cream Cheese Foam-topped drinks.
