Helmed by art student turned full-time Piloxing coach Jeni, these ocean-themed cakes are a nod to her love for diving, the sea and waves, coupled with her art and baking background. The 3D Ocean Cheesecakes were born out of a desire to “bring the ocean to your table”, allowing you to reminisce or imagine yourself on one of those sunny and exotic beaches.

The 3D Ocean Raspberry Cheesecake (from $48) consists of a lotus biscuit “sand” base, raspberry puree cheesecake, topped with tons of life-like 3D jelly waves in varying shades of blue-green to mimic real ocean waves, even down to the bubbles and foam of moving waves. The artful cake is finally embellished with more “sand” and homemade seashells made with premium Ghirardelli chocolate.

The newest addition to the ocean cake series is the Transparent Ocean Cake ($48), made to capture the fluidity and transparency of seawater. This cake is made entirely of jelly: sans refined sugar, low-carb, eggless and diabetic-friendly, perfect for those who are health conscious but still want to have cake! The jelly cake is also available in a keto version ($58).
