Getting tattooed at a café? Sounds absurd, but that’s exactly what you can do at Scoop & Sketch, a novel new gelato café concept that houses an actual tattoo parlour where you can get inked too!
Scoop & Sketch is a 2-storey café with a quirky theme unlike any other café we’ve seen in Singapore. They’ve got a playful and loud retro and American diner-inspired decor, with vibrant colours and whimsical elements that make the place look like something out of a comic book or cartoon!
We love the look of the expansive outdoor area on the first floor, with its colourful neon camping chairs and fun smiley face tables—we can foresee this will be a super vibey hangout spot for a nighttime dessert, especially when the neon lights and signages are all lit up! This outdoor area is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring along your furry friends too!
The café specialises in gelato and waffles, with gelato scoops starting from $5 each. Pick from interesting gelato flavours like White Truffle, Matcha KitKat, Strawberry Jelly, Grape Yogurt and more. They’ve even got a selection of craft beers, and also the viral Korean drink pouches ($4 each). Get a Happy Meal set with gelato, waffles and a drink from just $14 too!
The second level of the café also houses a tattoo parlour where you can get actual tattoos done by Naked Skin Tattoo, and they’ll also be offering temporary jagua tattoos on weekends. Even if you’re not getting inked, you can also take a peek at the live tattooing sessions going on at the parlour! Café diners can even enjoy a discount for tattoos, and likewise, tattoo customers can also enjoy a discount on the café offerings.

Scoop & Sketch will also be launching their own “Papa Shop” (kind of like a mamashop), where you can shop exclusively-designed retail items, artworks and merchandise!
