A second Prairie café by Craftsmen Specialty Coffee has officially opened along River Valley Road. Revered for its original bamboo forest concept situated within Bukit Timah, the all-new Prairie outlet stays true to its branding as a habitat mostly occupied by grasses and flowering plants with occasional shrubs and trees.
Complete with both indoor and alfresco seating arrangements, the brand’s latest café showcases a contemporary look decorated in various shades of dusty-pink, and also facilitates an abundance of natural light and greenery, through a series of expansive windows.
Serving a limited variety of pastries, cakes and drinks throughout its soft launch period in April, Prairie is set to offer an all-day brunch menu from 27th April to 3rd May, and the full lunch & dinner salads, pasta, mains, and burgers menu from 4th May onwards.
For now, discerning guests are invited to indulge in the café’s signature items including, the $18 Beef Breakfast, $19 Salmon Bruschetta, $21 Burrata Salad, $23 Spicy Italian Fettucini, and $26 Bolognese Penne, alongside other pastries in the form of the $4 Butter Croissant, $6 Kaya Croissant, and $5.50 Pain Au Chocolate.
