It’s definitely not a good time to travel now, but once borders around the world reopen, we’re bookmarking Pourover Lab in Thailand as a place to visit.

This unique new cafe, located in Siam Discovery, adopts a laboratory-themed concept. Find exactly all the equipment you used to experiment with during your Chemistry lab days — except this time, these apparatuses are used to brew coffee.

The cafe also focuses on drip coffee, which explains the abundance of pour over equipment. Not only do you get to select your coffee beans, you also get to choose whether you want your coffee to be hand dripped or machine dripped. Drinks start from 80 baht (~S$3.40), with the recommend being the classic black Dutch Coffee at 120 baht (~S$5.20).
