You might be familiar with the famed Le Matin Patisserie, known for their ingenious French pastries and viennoiseries by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, Mohamed Al-Matin. Le Matin was an online business that bloomed just before Covid-19 hit, and soon grew and opened its first physical storefront at Raeburn Park.

Fast forward to April 2022, Le Matin’s Raeburn Park Test Kitchen is closing down, and they’ve opened not one but two new outlets: one in the CBD and another in the Orchard area! In addition, Le Matin has also devised a new range of breakfast-inspired desserts that actually resemble classic breakfast items! These include the likes of Avo on Toast ($12), Pancake Stack ($13) and Granola Bowl ($12).

Other sweet and savoury pastries and sweets on the menu include Smoked Cruffin ($9), Ox Tongue & Cheese Croissant Panini ($17), Escargot Escargot ($13), Canelé ($5.50), Cardamom Bun ($6.50) and more! Le Matin also has drinks like Coffee Kombucha ($9.50), Mocha ($6.50) Tea ($4.50) and more;as well as Croissant Amazake soft serve (from $6.50).
