A Beautiful Day café is back with a brand new look and concept at Paya Lebar Quarter! The new A Beautiful Day Café & Tea Room now has a posh Victorian-inspired look with vintage floral wallpaper, bookcases, a “fireplace”, lamps and more.
The entire look of the café is modelled after the Anglo-Chinese and Chinoiserie style, and looks like something out of a romantic movie or drama—Downton Abbey or Bridgerton, anyone?—every corner of the café is uber Instagrammable.
That’s not all, the café is fully pet-friendly, both indoors and outdoors, so you can bring along your furry friend to enjoy some afternoon tea as well!
The café has a new tea room concept, so their beverages are more tea-centric, boasting some premium teas and alcohol-free tea cocktails. They also have unique coffTEAs, which is a special blend of locally-roasted specialty coffee beans and Grand Cru fine tea leaves. Think Earl Grey CoffTEA (from $5.90), Da Hong Pao CoffTEA (from $5.90), Rwanda Jasmine ($6.90) and more.
A Beautiful Day reimagines the traditional art of tea drinking by serving their Grand Cru teas in a lavish crystal whiskey decanter, so you can get a luxurious drinking experience (minus the unwanted hangover)! They also offer takeaway options for their tea if you don’t have time to dine in. Their premium tea leaves are sourced from China with luxurious Single Origin Grand Cru selections ($12.90) like Lapsang Souchong, Scarlet Robe, Silver Needle and House Orchid, just to name a few.
As for food, expect all-day brunch items like Grilled Octopus ($28.90), Beef Sirloin Cube ($35.90), Eggs Benedict Croffles ($25.90), Fish & Chips ($28.90), Bangers & Mash ($28.90) and more; as well as a selection of pastries, toasts, cakes and gelato.
