If you love K-food, you’ve definitely heard of Baek Jong Won, Korean celebrity chef and household name known for the many restaurant chains under his name. Some of these restaurants include Paik’s Bibim and Paik’s Coffee, both of which can already be found in Singapore. But come this October 2023, there will be a new restaurant franchise by the celebrated chef opening in Singapore: Paik’s Noodle!

Paik’s Noodle is an authentic Korean-Chinese style restaurant, with over 1000 stores worldwide, including in Korea, US, Australia, Indonesia and more. The chain is famed for their Chinese-influenced fusion fare, especially jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), jjamppong (spicy seafood noodles), tangsuyuk (sweet and sour crispy pork), bokkeumbap (fried rice) and more.

Paik’s Noodle prides themselves on being the “No.1 Korean Noodle Brand”, with noodles that are freshly handmade daily, and using their housemade fermented black bean sauce for a homely and comforting taste.

The Singapore menu has yet to be revealed, but we expect to see items similar to their overseas outlets, including various noodle, main and rice options like Jaengban Jjajang (Seafood Black Bean Noodles), Gochu Jjajang (Spicy Black Bean Noodles), Bokkeum Jjamppong (Stir Fried Noodles), Chilli Saeu (Sweet Chilli Prawns), Jjajang Bap (Black Bean Rice) and more. Paik’s Noodle Singapore will be opening in Suntec City this October 2023, with the exact date to be announced.
