You’ve never seen a resort or hotel like this: Twin Jets Resort in Malaysia has a one-of-a-kind concept featuring rooms made out of actual defunct airplane jets! Twin Jets Resort is the first aircraft-themed resort in Malaysia, and is the only resort in the world to repurpose aircrafts as a form of accommodation!
The resort features 2 defunct Boeing aircrafts (grounded, of course) with a linked bridge between them that acts as a banquet/dining hall. What’s more—the resort itself is surrounded by the lush hills of a tropical rainforest, so you can definitely relax and unwind while gazing out at the beautiful scenery.
Room rates for 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 6-8 pax in total start from RM2,000 (UP RM7,800) for a First Class Jet or Gold Class Jet. The aircraft rooms are super clean and cosy, with the aircraft interior being completely transformed with new floorboards, fresh paint, a dining area, pool table, and even a pantry area!
Facilities and activities available at the resort include a café, jacuzzi pool, BBQ pit, “control tower”, karaoke, mini gym, games room, garden and more! If sleeping in an aircraft is too claustrophobic for you, Twin Jets Resort also offers other forms of accommodation in the same vicinity: such as a Cabin Suite or Villa.
