2. Omakase Set by Kyuu
Opened in October 2017, KYUU by Shunsui is the sister restaurant of Kappo Shunsui, which achieved Michelin Tokyo Guide’s Bib Gourmand fame from 2015 to 2017, and Michelin Plate Singapore from 2018 to 2019. Led by Chef Taka Suzuki, Kyuu offers a ten-course sashimi and robatayaki course menu and an a la carte menu, alongside an extensive list of beverages, including umeshu, shochu, highballs, wines, champagne and over 50 different labels of sake.
