Going green isn’t easy for a business, but new bar Analogue has gladly taken up that mantle, and does it with such finesse. Centered around eco-consciousness and sustainability, from ingredients for their drinks and food, to even materials of their furniture, Analogue takes the green initiative to greater heights.

Analogue’s most visible contribution to the green movement has got to be the centerpiece of the entire bar—a 1600kg 3D-printed bartop made completely from recycled plastic. Even their other tables are made from mycelium, the thread-like tissue found in mushrooms.

Aside from sustainable materials, Analogue is committed to sustainable eating and drinking as well, with a focus on plant-based ingredients that are as eco-friendly as they are delicious. Analogue’s philosophy is to “embrace the alternative and challenge modern-day bar culture”, and in this aspect, every component of their menu is carefully curated (even their mocktails!), chock full of only the good stuff—holistic ingredients and vitamins like B12 and magnesium.

Their innovative cocktails go for $25 each, with the likes of Spaceman, Cactus and Smokey Jerky; while mocktails such as Blue Magic, Zephir and Faux Espresso are $16 each. Their bar bites are no less impressive: Sourdough Soldiers ($15), Jackfruit Tacos ($22) and Nuggetz ($16).
