And just in time, as PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay’s Peppermint will be launching a brand new Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet with plenty of seafood, classic Peranakan fare and even unlimited freshly de-husked durians from $72++ per person!

The highlight from the new Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet is definitely the live durian station, where you can enjoy freshly de-husked durians delivered from Malaysia in the popular Mao Shan Wang, D24 and Red Prawn varieties. You can eat the durians as they are or request for them to be grilled for you on the spot!

Aside from fresh durians, you’ll also get to enjoy a sumptuous seafood spread including seafood on ice like Crawfish, Half Shell Scallops, Tiger Topshell; plus Nyonya and Peranakan favourites like Nasi Ulam, Sambal Udang, Ayam Buah Keluak, Black Angus Beef Belly Pongteh, Deep-fried Belachan Chicken Thigh, Chap Chye Masak Titek, Satay Beef Lemak and more. The Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet starts from $72++ per person on weekdays, and from $82++ per person on weekends. The free flow durians are available exclusively on weekend dinners only (Friday and Saturday) for $128++ per person.
