Feeling a little tired before your flight? You can now give yourself a little refresh at Changi Airport’s newest fun zone, wellness space and playground with interactive fitness installations and chill resting spots.

The new and colourful attraction is called the Fit&Fun Zone, the first fitness-centric playground concept in an airport in Singapore. The 400 sqm space features 5 unique zones that are designed to give you a quick energy boost, or provide a space for you to just relax and recharge.

Some highlights from the space include giant 3D foam flower walls that you can punch, jab and box to destress, or a cave-inspired room where you’ll have to untangle yourself from an intricate rope maze. For something a little more active, there’s also individual trampoline pods where you can bounce up to 3.5 metres in height, or a light-up weight zone too. If you’re just looking to relax, there’s also a couple of suspended pendulum chairs in full view of the scenic nature-filled Dreamscape.

This new attraction is located at Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 Transit area at Level 3. Fit&Fun Zone is free to all and open throughout the day. For more details on this latest wellness playground, see here.
