Paws Claws Pet Store is a brand new cat store with a soothing, Scandinavian interior and plenty of cat fixtures and amenities for you to have the purrfect playdate with some friendly, fluffy kitties.
This cat store prides itself on having calm, well-mannered cats that are highly domesticated and not aggressive in the slightest; their nails are also trimmed every 2-3 days, so you don’t have to worry about having to dodge those cat claws! The cats are accustomed to human interaction and will come to you for pats and treats. They are fed grain-free, salmon-based and hypoallergenic food, which explains how they can have such long, voluminous fur.
All the cats in the store are of the Ruga Muffin breed, and they are actually family. The oldest of them all—Bella—is the 7 year old grandmother, who has 9 children and 9 grandchildren, with the youngest being 3 months old. Endearingly, all of them have names that start with ‘B’: Bobby, Bindi, Bimba, Boji, Blue, Bambi, Blythe, Bobo…you get the picture.
Don’t feel too bummed when it’s time for you to leave—you’ll be gifted a kitty meringue biscuit neatly wrapped in a sealed package on your way out, as an adorable reminder of all the fun you had!
One thing to note though: this cat store operates on an appointment-only basis, so you’ll have to drop them a DM on their Instagram to secure your playdate! The store only allows a maximum of 4-5 people at any one time, so make sure you secure your slot quick!
