Here’s something new you can do this June: the popular Food Street is back at Woodlands MRT for the entire month of June 2024! Get your street snack fix at the mega Woodgrove Pasar Malam and carnival pop-up, featuring over 60 different vendors, plus exciting entertainment like games and amusement rides too!
Expect a plethora of street eats from various cuisines, including Korea, Japanese, Taiwanese, Moroccan, Thai and even some halal options too; starting from a pocket-friendly $1! Some food highlights to look out for include fried milk ($5), stuffed jacket potatoes (from $4), stinky tofu (from $8), Korean-style cream waffles (from $4.50), bamboo biryani (from $12), assorted taiyaki (from $3), fried durian ($10), jumbo seafood skewers (from $6), cheesy chicken sandwiches (from $5) and much more.
There’s also the usual pasar malam favourites like Ramly burgers, takoyaki, sweet potato balls, rainbow jelly balls, grilled squid skewers, moo ping, fried banana and tanghulu, just to name a few. Aside from eats, there’s also shopping available with various retail stores selling accessories, toys, apparel and gadgets.
You can also look forward to lots of entertainment options like Singapore’s first electric drift karting and nostalgic amusement rides like bumper cars, spinning teacups, meteorite, inflatable bouncy castle and viking ship. There will also be retro carnival games where you can win prizes, arcade machines and claw machines too.
You can enjoy your eats at the event, with lots of seating areas surrounded by neon fairy lights—pretty vibey. The Food Street is located outside Causeway Point and Woodlands MRT from now till 30th June 2024, so catch it while you can!
