2. Brazil Churrasco
Brazil Churrasco is the first Churrascaria (Brazilian tradition of grilling meats over fire) in Singapore and South east Asia, winning many awards for their quality meat and consistency. 5. Plaza Brasserie at Park Royal on Beach Road
Only till 26 March 2017, Plaza Brasserie is holding a Surf N’ Turf buffet that is tweaked to introduce their local take on it. Some highlights include unlimited servings of Duroc Spanish Pork Collar, Wagyu MBS3/4 D-Rump, Wok-fried BBQ Pork Ribs, and Steamed Lobster in Hua Tiao Sauce that is limited to one per diner.
