After the opening of the highly viral Louis Vuitton chocolaterie right here in Singapore, there’s a new Louis Vuitton restaurant and lifestyle concept that’s opened in February 2024, this time over in Bangkok! Dubbed LV The Place, this 2-storey concept houses a café, restaurant, retail and exhibition space all in one; and is also the very first of its kind in Southeast Asia.

LV The Place is situated at Gaysorn Amarin in Rachaprasong, just under 20 minutes away from the city centre. You won’t be able to miss the extravagant and flashy facade of the building, with giant glittering diamond-shaped motifs decorating the exterior.

The first floor houses Le Café, where you’ll be able to get gorgeous cakes, cookies and coffee decorated with the house’s signature monogram. The dessert items are also available for takeaway, where they’ll be packaged in LV’s iconic orange boxes. Prices for cakes start from THB 550 (~$20 SGD), while a box of cookies starts from TB 1700 (~$63 SGD).

You’ll also find an immersive exhibition called Visionary Journeys, where you can explore the history of Louis Vuitton, through innovative installations and displays like an “infinity tunnel” filled with LV trunks. Entry to the exhibition area is free, but you’ll have to pre-book your slot online here.

Head to the second floor for the Gaggan at Louis Vuitton, a fine-dining restaurant in collaboration with celebrated chef, Gaggan Anand. This is Louis Vuitton’s first ever restaurant concept in Southeast Asia, boasting a lunch and dinner menu with seasonal Thai-inspired fare. An 8-course Lunch will set you back THB 4000++ (~$150 SGD), while a 17-course Dinner costs THB 8000++ (~$300 SGD). Book a table at the restaurant here.

Of course, there will also be a retail store where you can shop Louis Vuitton products, including outlet-exclusive collections you won’t find elsewhere.
