This is a gorgeous high tea affair you won’t want to miss this February: Vogue x Sofitel Singapore City Centre have teamed up to present a beautiful botanical high tea set inspired by haute couture, spring florals and even makeup! Dubbed Les Jardins du Sofitel, this global Vogue x Sofitel collaboration is simply too pretty to eat.
The stunning Botanical Afternoon Tea ($150 for two) set is inspired by the beauty of Art de Vivre, or “the art of living” and is the perfect high tea affair for the upcoming season of love. This romantic floral-inspired afternoon tea features edible flowers, fashion-inspired items like dresses and high heels and even an edible “lipstick”!
Highlights from the menu include exquisite sweets and savouries like Cod Fish Brandade in Sakura Shell and Ikura, Petit Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Caviar, Sliced Squid Salad, Truffle Mixed Nuts and Brie Cheese, Vanilla Ice Cream Bar, Berries Chocolate Pot, Exotic Caramel Entremet and more! This Botanical Afternoon Tea will be served at the 1864 bar at Sofitel Singapore City Centre where the space will be transformed into a gorgeous botanical wonderland, perfect for you to enjoy the edible florals during tea while relaxing amongst the blooms. This enchanting high tea set will be available from 13th February to 9th April 2023 only from 2pm to 5pm daily.
