September is already here, and that means F1 race weekend is also right around the corner! Get into the Grand Prix spirit with a sprawling penthouse brunch experience overlooking the F1 precinct and stunning city landscape below.

Hosted by FIRE and FLNT at ION Orchard’s level 55 rooftop at 1-Atico, enjoy a luscious spread of Argentinian and Nikkei delights at The Longest Brunch, all while enjoying the gorgeous sky-high penthouse views from a whopping 218 metres above ground. The Longest Brunch is the first of its kind, and literally features the longest brunch spread you’ve ever seen, with extended tables boasting massive communal-style spreads and even race-themed elements.

Feast on free flow brunch items from the live stations, such as salads, charcuterie, a raw seafood bar, meat carvings, sushi and dessert. You’ll also be able to feast on wood-grilled items that are prepared-to-order like Roasted Lamb Leg, Argentinian Ribeye, Roasted Pork; as well as Japanese-Peruvian treats like Flamed Salmon Warm Inka Sushi, Ceviche de Pulpo and Peruvian Chicken Tortilla Taco.
Other highlights from the brunch selection include fresh salads, an assortment of artisanal charcuterie and cheeses, breads with gourmet flavoured butters, fresh oysters, wagyu skewers and an entire dessert station too! The brunch also comes with free flow drinks (top-up for free flow alcoholic drinks).
The Longest Brunch will be happening for 1 day only, on 10th September 2023, from 12pm to 3pm. Prices are as follows:
