“Plant” your own almond tree & visit the spa
First, step into the stunning “Almond Forest” where you’ll get to digitally “plant” your very own almond tree, and even name it after yourself! Watch as your digital tree “grows” and even blooms with flowers!
Afterwards, head to the “Almond Spa” where you’ll get to explore and try L’OCCITANE’s iconic almond bath and body range; such as the Almond Shower Oil and Almond Milk Concentrate.
Complimentary hair analysis
Next, you’ll be ushered into the “5 Essential Oils Bar”, where you’ll discover L’OCCITANE’s hair care range and speak to a hair care mixologist! Sit down for a bespoke hair analysis to find out your scalp and hair concerns, as well as get recommendations on which hair products to use.
Immersive floral experience
Then, frolic among an endless “Immortelle Flower Field”, featuring immersive digital projections of L’OCCITANE’s key skincare ingredient: the Immortelle flower. Watch as the resilient bloom transforms throughout the seasons, from hot summers to harsh winter climates.
Hotel-inspired room & skincare consultations
Finally, head to the hotel-inspired “Immortelle Suite” to discover the best selling Immortelle range for yourself, with a sit-down skincare consultation. Try out the Immortelle series, including popular and cult-favourite products like the Immortelle Reset Serum, Immortelle Divine Youth Oil, Immortelle Precious Cream and more.

The L’OCCITANE Hotel Pop-Up is free to the public, and you can secure a slot by RSVP-ing to the event here. Follow these steps to get a “room key” to the “hotel”:
- Fill up your personal details
- Select an available date and time slot
- Confirm your reservation and save your QR room key to “check in” at the event
Walk-ins are also available but subject to availability, and pre-registration is highly encouraged. The entire experience will take about 40 to 60 minutes to complete.
