Hypebeasts might be familiar with popular Korean lifestyle brand, MLB Brand: known for their trendy and unique street fashion apparel, footwear and accessories. The brand first opened in Korea in 1997, opening over 650 stores all over Asia; and now finally, MLB has opened their very first flagship store in Singapore at the Mandarin Gallery!
MLB’s items are made for the trendy and fashion-forward, and is especially perfect for those who love athleisure or streetwear, as many of their items are unisex. You’ll see some of the hottest celebrities sporting MLB’s pieces, most notable are global K-Pop girl group, aespa.
MLB’s Singapore flagship boasts a 120 square metre space, and you’ll find anything from apparel like t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, denim, athleisure; bags for all occasions, be it casual or work-friendly; shoes like chunky sneakers or casual canvas shoes and slip-ons; and of course, their cult-favourite range of hats like baseball caps, bucket hats and even beanies!
As for apparel, they have a wide range of designs in various materials: from classic graphic t-shirts in adorable bear designs, sweaters adorned with a heart motif, paisley-patterened items and not forgetting items in their iconic MLB monogram!
MLB’s most popular and well-known item is undoubtedly their hats, with over 300 different hat designs at any given time. There are tons of hat designs available: from baseball caps, bucket hats and beanies in classic, more plain designs, to checkerboard prints, bold and vibrant colours and even more extravagant, blinged out designs!
Prices for MLB’s apparel range from $60-$350; shoes and accessories from $100-$200 and caps from $60-100. From now till Sunday, 26th September 2022, 6pm, you’ll also get complimentary embroidery services with any hat purchase!
As part of MLB’s opening promotion, the first 200 shoppers to visit the store will receive a special MLB Brand gift bag! The first 50 shoppers will get a $10 MLB Brand voucher, MLB Brand umbrella and stickers; while the next 150 shoppers will get a $10 MLB Brand voucher and stickers!
