Gelato doesn’t get any fresher than this: there’s a hidden gelato spot in Singapore that serves freshly-made Italian-style gelato straight from the churners! Gelato Garden is a new dessert spot tucked away in Haji Lane, with artisanal gelato scoops from $6, all scooped from one-of-a-kind gelato “displays”!
Instead of showcasing all their gelato flavours together using the usual glass display, Gelato Garden uses individual gelato churners for each flavour, reminiscent of the traditional Italian pozzetti display. These “displays” stay churning all day long, keeping the gelato ultra smooth and creamy! You’re allowed to sample the flavours before making your pick, before having your gelato scooped directly from the churner itself.
There are over 10 gelato flavours, including Arabica Hazelnut Coffee, Gold Pistachio, Wild Strawberry, Mango & Passionfruit Sorbet, Mascarpone White Chocolate, 70% Dark Chocolate, Peach Oolong, Musang King Durian and more. Scoops start from $6 each, and you can get them in a cup or top up an extra $1 for their handmade waffle cones. The gelatos are also available by the tub for takeaways. Aside from gelatos, they also have specialty drinks like Affogato ($9), Dirty ($6) and Mixed Berries Soda ($7), just to name a few.
