Instant photobooths are aplenty in Singapore, but have you ever seen hand-drawn photo strips before? The popular manga-inspired Jelly Caricature in Singapore has created a new kind of “photobooth”, one that dispenses instant mini jelly caricature “photo strips”!

Called the Jelly Podtraits, you’ll get “instant photo strips” that are hand-doodled in the jelly caricature style. The “photobooth” even acts like an actual machine, where you insert a “jelly coin”, strike a pose and wait for the finished mini portrait to be dispensed! Here’s how to use the “photobooth”:
- Purchase a Jelly Coin and insert it into the coin slot.
- Pose comfortably in front of the “mirror”.
- Wait a couple of minutes for the artist to draw your photo strip(s).
- Collect the finished photo strip(s)!

Each strip comes with three different “photos”—all of which are drawn by hand, just like any other jelly caricature portrait. Prices per strip are as follows: $10 for one face, or $15 for two faces. Due to limited space on the strip itself, only a maximum of two faces are allowed at Jelly Podtraits. The next Jelly Podtrait pop-up will be happening at The Hammock Market on 8th July 2023 from 11am to 6pm, after which you can stay tuned for more pop-up dates and locations via their Instagram!
