InterContinental Singapore is now offering a luxurious Celestial Bird’s Nest Afternoon Tea (from $65++ per person) at The Lobby Lounge, highlighting premium bird’s nest infused treats for a nourishing and healthy high tea experience. One of the highlights from the set is definitely their 24K Golden Bird’s Nest, featuring entire jars of double-boiled bird’s nest with gold leaf and peach gum, served in a “treasure chest” that you have to unlock yourself!

Other bird’s nest-infused items from the set include Bird’s Nest Jelly with Hokkaido Scallop and Oscietra Caviar, Snow Bird’s Nest and Caramel Apple Choux and Blood Bird’s Nest Blackberry Tartlet. The high tea also includes other sweets and savouries like Beef Pastrami and Black Truffle Sandwich, Bacon Wrapped Quail Egg Skewer, Smoked Salmon Quiche and Osmanthus Honey Cake, among others.
