Grape Fizzy Americano
Enter Luckin Coffee’s new limited-edition fruit-inspired drink, the Grape Fizzy Americano! The drink features grape pulp and fizzy soda topped with an intense shot of premium 100% Arabica coffee. We know what you might be thinking: grapes, fizzy soda…and black coffee? Before you knock this unconventional combination, let us explain why you should try this novel creation.
Think of your favourite grape-flavoured soda drink that you used to enjoy during your childhood or schooling days—sweet, refreshing and unforgettable. Now imagine it levelled up with a dash of robust and nutty espresso for that much-needed caffeine hit—that’s exactly how the new Grape Fizzy Americano tastes like.
At the first sip, we’re hit with a familiar scent of grapes, then we taste the tantalising fruity bubbles from the grape and soda (that’s not too fizzy), rounded off with the robust flavour of black coffee. There’s even grape pulp in the drink, so you get the surprise of biting into bits of extra juicy grape as you sip. Overall, the drink is easy to drink: pleasantly sweet, yet not overly acidic at all and very refreshing indeed. For us, the Grape Fizzy Americano is like sipping on our favourite childhood drink, but with a fresh twist in a coffee version.
