Inspired by Perrault and Grimm’s tales of “The Sleeping Beauty” and “Pinocchio”, Wild Yeast tells dark and twisted stories through its unique yet vibrant interiors, lined by story book ‘pages’ of illustrations and gothic-style fonts. Complete with green hedge-like elements, glaring sofa seats, and metallic tabletops and chairs, the all-new Wild Yeast French Bakehouse currently occupies an intimate corner of Aquadisiac’s expansive first floor.
Serving up a variety of fresh bakes and desserts, alongside butter and dips, the Wild Yeast French Bakehouse recommends first-time guests to try their signature $18 Croque Madame, which comprises of sunny-side up eggs, baked honey ham, gruyere and parmesan cheese doused in bechamel sauce, and artisanal cereal sourdough served with garden salad.
Other notable offerings include the $20 Truffle Mushroom Toast – a harmonious blend of sunny-side up eggs, sautéed wild mushrooms in garlic butter, herbed cream cheese, and artisanal white rye bread served with garden salad – the $18 Sun-Dried Tomato with Basil Pesto Toast, the $19 Smoked Salmon Toast, and the $16 Smoked Bacon and Cheese Quiche Lorraine.
