The highly-anticipated Swensen’s Unlimited buffet concept has just opened today at Changi Airport, with free flow seafood, meat carvings, hot mains, live stations, DIY ice cream bar, chocolate fountain and more from just $31++ per person! We headed down to the restaurant on opening day and here’s what you can expect from the sumptuous buffet spread!

Swensen’s Unlimited is the first-ever Swensen’s international buffet concept in the world, and boasts a halal selection of various cuisines, plus a rotating selection of some 48 ice cream flavours on display—all free flow!

For 90 minutes, feast on unlimited fresh seafood on ice like crabs, half-shell scallops, poached prawns, mussels and clams, as well as live meat carving stations with roast striploin and roast chicken. There’s also DIY stations for kueh pie tee, a salad bar, live laksa station and live pasta station where you can customise your pasta with your preferred sauce and pasta shape!

Other hot mains available from the spread include the likes of beef sliders, seafood mee goreng, deep-fried butterfly shrimps, BBQ chicken, braised meatballs, pan-seared snail sausages, curry chicken baked rice, IMPOSSIBLE shepherd’s pie, beef rendang, ayam buah keluak, paneer masala, nasi briyani and much more.

But for dessert lovers, the highlight is definitely their dessert selection: with an array of assorted traditional kuehs, apple/banana crumble, brownies, the viral smashed croissant, croffles and more.

Ice cream lovers will love the selection of 48 ice cream flavours: go for unlimited scoops, and make your own sundaes or banana splits at the DIY ice cream bar with free flow toppings, drizzles and even fresh melted chocolate from the fountain! Some ice cream flavours to expect include durian king, mango, pistachio, cheese cookies, ice peach tea, osmanthus wolfberry pear, cotton candy and ondeh ondeh, among others.
